1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TrueDrive, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business (a dealer account), you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Accounts and roles
TrueDrive supports buyer and seller accounts, each with different capabilities. Seller accounts (individual or dealer) must complete identity/business verification before listing a vehicle. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every detail submitted about a vehicle, including condition, mileage, documentation, and pricing. TrueDrive reviews listings before they go live and may reject or suspend a listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant, with a stated reason.
4. Auctions and bidding
A bid is a binding offer at the amount placed. Once an auction closes, the highest valid bid wins at the price bid — bids cannot be withdrawn after submission. All auction timing, minimum increments, and winner determination are enforced server-side and are final.
5. Enquiries and communication
Submitting an enquiry shares your contact details with the relevant seller/dealer so they can respond directly. TrueDrive is not a party to the resulting sale negotiation or transaction between buyer and seller.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not submit false vehicle information, attempt to circumvent the verification or auction process, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
TrueDrive may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent documents, or is found to be non-compliant during review.
8. Limitation of liability
TrueDrive facilitates listings, enquiries, and auctions but is not a party to the sale itself and does not guarantee the condition, title, or fitness of any vehicle. Buyers are encouraged to independently inspect and verify any vehicle before completing a purchase.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TrueDrive after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
