1. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, mobile, city/state), authentication data (including Google profile info if you sign in with Google — we only ever receive what Google shares after you approve it, never your Google password), listing and vehicle details submitted by sellers, KYC/business documents uploaded during seller verification, and enquiry, bid, feedback, and contact-form submissions.
2. How we use your information
To operate your account and role-based dashboard, verify seller identity/business documents, run the approval workflow for listings, connect buyers and sellers through enquiries, run live auctions and record bid history, and send account and transaction notifications (in-app and email).
3. Document storage
KYC documents, car registration/insurance documents, and similar files are stored in private object storage and are never given a public URL. Access is granted only via short-lived signed links issued to the document owner or an authorized admin at the moment they need it.
4. Sharing your information
When you enquire about a car, your contact details are shared with that listing's seller so they can respond. Your name is visible to other bidders in an auction's live bid history. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use local browser storage to keep you signed in between visits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
Bid history and auction results are kept permanently as an immutable record once an auction closes, consistent with standard auction-integrity practice. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, for legal and record-keeping purposes.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile details at any time from your dashboard. To request account deletion or data export, contact us through the Contact page.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
